HOBSONVILLE AIRBASE APPEAL—

We understand there are appeals to the Environment Court  against the consent for the Comprehensive Development Plan for the Airbase.   Our Association has not lodged an appeal.      As your representatives, we feel we have done everything possible to bring the concerns of Residents before Council, Hobsonville Land Company, the Consent Hearing Commissioners, and to keep Government updated.      Our input has concentrated on the amenity standards of the planned development and built environment.  We have been constructive and conscientious in doing so with little success,  but the matter now rests with the Environment Court in the meantime.
